After I hand the packages off to the mail carrier, I have no control over the whereabouts of your package!

Shipping & Processing

Shipping time is 3-5 business days from drop-off date. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. 

Processing time for in stock orders is 2-8 business days.

Processing time for items that are on Pre-order ranges from 4-6 calendar weeks. If we exceed this time, the customer will be contacted using the provided contact information and updated on their purchase.

  • Factors that could cause your order to have a longer processing time include having wholesale items in your order , ordering custom items, weather, and/or pre-orders.
  • Purchasing on or around holidays/weekends could also affect these times.

We are NOT responsible for deliveries that may be affected by postal carrier mistakes, postal carrier transfers, customs, ground transportation strikes/delays, or natural occurrences. If you have any trouble concerning the whereabouts of your package, please contact USPS or UPS first.

Shipping cost is determined by weight. This is a USPS and UPS policy!

Pre-order: Pre-orders will be shipped 2-4 business days AFTER the items arrive to the warehouse The shipping time is still the same. The customer will receive shipping updates.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns.

But wait! We are able to accept EXCHANGES if the problem was created by the store. Specifically, if the wrong item/s were sent. We are not responsible for incidents that occurred during transit.

Exchange process

An email must be sent to MiscLuxe@gmail.com OR a dm must be sent to our Instagram @MiscLuxe within 5 days of the delivery date! Failure to do so will result in us denying your exchange request.

  • Please include your order number and pictures of the incorrect item/s that were sent. Item/s MUST be in their original condition.
  • If instructed, please send the item/s back to us with the return address on the label. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Upon inspection, if we realize the original item is NOT in its original condition, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. The customer will be notified by the original contact method and the item will be returned.
  • If the exchange is approved, the correct item will be sent out within the original shipping and processing times!
